The Back of the Bump!

Above images added retrospectively,
from a wonderful Peak District shoot with Matz Brabus

As promised, these are the last of my pregnancy images, a little later than anticipated! There are many different looks, feels and styles portrayed here by various photographers, so I won't ramble on, I will just upload them. Each set is credited to the photographer. I have to confess, I was not sorry to see the back of the bump!

And lastly, a photograph of my son as a newborn. Taken by Dave Ayerst Davies, and edited by me.
(BUT IT DOESN'T LOOK RIGHT, CAN ANYONE TELL ME WHY THIS IMAGE IS DISTORTED? The original does not look like this, and I have taken 'auto-enhance' off the upload, as far as I can tell. This image appears as the original when I edit this blog post, but is distorted once published. Any help appreciated! Argh!)

She Waits...

Deliver Us
And I have kept you waiting, having failed to update my blog before the end of the year, as promised... For what it's worth, I did have good reason! My little boy decided to arrive early, on New Year's Eve, which took me rather by surprise... But that's another story! I will save the news of his arrival for another blog entry, but in order to maintain consistency I wanted to finish updating with images of my pregnancy first. I still have a few more bump shoots to go, which I will try to upload as and when I can, and I will share photos of my gorgeous son when I have finished the shots of my pregnancy. Meanwhile, happy belated new year!

Time Stands Still...

These images were taken in December on the same day as 'The Waiting Game' at Hallam Mill, in Stockport, which has a similar feel. Each of them tells a story, and I think captures the sense of time being suspended, while awaiting a life changing event. I hope you like them.

The Corridor
These photos were taken by (and are copyright of) Billphoto, who kindly sent me the files and allowed me to edit them myself.
